The BIOGARD manual pivoting spill containment barrier is a professional solution designed to effectively protect the interior or exterior openings of industrial buildings against the risk of pollution due to fires or accidental spills of hazardous products. Ideal for sites subject to ICPE regulations, it prevents the spread of polluted water and toxic substances into the environment or drainage systems.

This sturdy barrier consists of anodized aluminum boards 250 x 80 mm in cross-section, with EPDM gaskets resistant to industrial chemicals. The posts, made of 6005 AT6 aluminum alloy, are securely fastened to sturdy supports. The manual swivel system with spring-loaded cylinder makes for easy maneuvering, rapid securing and long-term robustness.

The manual BIOGARD can be adapted to various opening lengths (from 1.5 to 4.5 m), and can provide protection heights from 250 mm upwards. The whole unit can be painted in the security colors you require. In safety mode, the barrier closes the opening to prevent any risk of hazardous products escaping. Surface-mounted installation on the retention side, suitable for harsh environments thanks to highly resistant seals.
